Shipping policy

All orders placed before 12pm AEST are dispatched same day via Australia Post. Orders placed after 12pm are dispatched the next business day.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate applies at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

All orders are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

Destination	Metro	Regional / Country
Same state	2–3 business days	3–5 business days
Interstate	3–6 business days	5–8 business days
Remote areas	Please check with your local Post Office for estimated times

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, sales events).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Mad Keen Fishing is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
